Preheat oven to 425°F.

Place @potatoes{16%oz} in a #medium pot{} with enough salted @water{2%cups} to cover. Bring to a boil and cook until tender ~{10%minutes}. Reserve ½ cup potato cooking liquid, then drain; return potatoes to pot.

Toss @brussels sprouts{16%oz} on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @olive oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Roast on top rack ~{10%minutes}.

Pat @salmon{12%oz} dry with paper towels. Rub with remaining @olive oil{2%tbsp}; season all over with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

In a #medium bowl{}, combine @pecans{½%cup} and @panko breadcrumbs{¼%cup}. Spread @dijon mustard{1%tbsp} over salmon fillets, then press the pecan-panko mixture firmly onto the tops.

Add @sour cream{2%tbsp} and @butter{1%tbsp} to the pot with potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy, adding splashes of reserved potato cooking liquid as needed. Season to taste with @salt{1%tsp} and @black pepper{1%tsp}.

Place salmon on the #baking sheet{} with Brussels sprouts and bake ~{15%minutes} until fish flakes easily and crust is golden.

Divide @brussels sprouts{16%oz}, mashed potatoes, and @salmon{12%oz} between plates. Drizzle @smoky mustard{2%tbsp} over salmon and serve with @lemon{1%unit} wedges on the side.
